台灣AI教育再進化！教育部宣布四年投入近一百二十億推動「AI人才方舟計畫」，由中央「以軟帶硬」，持續充實數位內容和提供教師支持，規劃最慢四年內，讓各縣市都能達到「生生有平板」，也就是每名學生都能配置一台學習載具。
教育部長鄭英耀指出，自一一一年起推動數位創新教學計畫，包括平板與因材網等數位工具導入校園，但隨AI技術快速演進，邀集產官學界專家，經一年多討論，建構AI時代人才培育藍圖。

國民教育到終身學習 調整方向
鄭英耀提到，未來AI人才培育將聚焦四大能力，包括運用AI學習能力、負責任使用AI使用能力、運用AI解決問題能力，以及AI無法取代的能力等，從國民教育、高等教育到師資培育與終身學習，都重新調整方向。
依據財政收支劃分法，硬體部分地方政府須負較大責任，中央則「以軟帶硬」，補助地方政府數位學習辦公室運作費用、數位內容及教學等經費，最慢四年內達到「生生有平板」。
每年預計挹注29億 推6項計畫
教育部主秘林伯樵說明，每年預計投入約二十九億元，推動包括「數位內容充實」、「數位教學支持與輔導」、「教育大數據分析」、「新一代AI學習系統」、「科技領域AI素養強化」、「智慧教育師培」等六項計畫。
教育部也將提供約十億元支持各地方購買需要使用的軟體、系統，及教師們學習AI系統，各縣市須逐年提升學生持有平板比例，達標者可獲經費補助。
