Tarık Biberovic, who managed to become one of the important names of Fenerbahçe, whom he entered in 2018, explained that it was very difficult for him to leave the yellow-dark blue club.
Stating that Fenerbahçe is more than a club for him, he is a family, the 25-year-old player said:
"As you know, I was at Fenerbahçe for 8 years. The separation was very difficult for me. For me, this place became not just a club, but a family. I think I will represent Fenerbahçe when I go there. Emphasizing the importance of Fenerbahçe Head Coach Sarunas Jasikevicius in his career, Tarık said, "When he came, I was played consistently for the first time in my life and thanks to him, I was able to show my own talent. We can say that he both gave me an opportunity and acted as a big brother rather than coaching. He was also a great player. He gave me good advice. Because we do not represent just one group, we represent the whole of Türkiye and this is very important to me. When you look at it, Turkey has risen to an incredibly great place in European basketball. We came second in the European Championship. Turkish teams took part in all the Final Four. This is a very important thing for the Turkish nation. It is very proud to be a part of it. Hopefully we will continue to rise. This is a good start, we are moving on a good path.
