Trump: Vance-Rubio ticket would be formidable opponent for Democrats

Washington (Jiji Press) -- U.S. President Donald Trump said on a podcast broadcast on the 3rd that if Vice President Vance and Secretary of State Rubio team up as Republican presidential and vice presidential candidates for the 2028 presidential election, "they would be a very formidable opponent for the Democrats." However, he did not explicitly state which one would be more suitable as the presidential candidate.
