The Crown Prosecution Service said Carrington was also charged with dangerous driving. She has been remanded in custody before her first appearance at Westminster magistrates court on Tuesday. Police said the incident, which took place on the Soho street that is home to the London Palladium theatre, is not being treated as terrorism-related. David Malone, deputy chief crown prosecutor in London North, said: "We remind all concerned that proceedings against the defendant are active and that she has the right to a fair trial.
