According to the news of the media affiliated with the National Resistance Forces in Yemen, the Houthis carried out attacks with ballistic missiles and UAVs in the city of Muha in Taiz province. A missile that fell on Kehreba Street of Muha city also caused damage in the region.
Marib province in the central part of the country was also the target of the Houthis.
In the statement made on the social media platform of the Local Government Media Office affiliated with the government in the province, it was noted that the missile attack was aimed at civilian neighborhoods.
In the statement, it was stated that there were injuries among civilians and damage to houses and some properties in the attacks in which 6 ballistic missiles and 4 UAVs were used.
It was stated that among the civilian settlements targeted, there was a bakery in the north of Marib city and one person was injured in this attack.
According to the statement, the Houthis' bombardment also hit other neighborhoods of the city where displaced people live, causing damage to civilian vehicles and houses.
While local authorities called on the international community to condemn the attacks, they called on human rights organizations and humanitarian aid organizations to document the attacks.
The cities of Muha and Marib had been subjected to numerous Houthi attacks before.
Yemen army: 181 operations were carried out against the Houthis in 24 hours
On the other hand, Yemen Armed Forces Spokesperson Colonel Majid Abdullah en-Nezili, in his statement on the social media platform of the US-based company X, stated that the army carried out 181 military operations against the Houthis' military positions and threat sources in the last 24 hours.
Stating that unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), artillery units and rocket launchers were used in the operations, and that the attacks were carried out against Houthi positions, fire sources and military capacities at different points of the conflict lines, Nezili noted that the operations were carried out in various regions of Taiz, Marib, Ebyen, Dali and Hudeyde provinces.
Nezili stated that dozens of Houthis were killed and injured during the operations, and dozens of military vehicles and equipment, as well as some weapons and ammunition depots, were destroyed.
Stating that the Yemeni army has the capacity to reach and neutralize threat sources, Nezili stated that the operations will continue at the time, place and methods determined by the military command.
Stating that the troops taking part in the operations comply with the rules of conflict and the provisions of international humanitarian law, Nezili noted that the necessary measures were taken to protect civilians.
The Yemeni army spokesman also called on civilians to stay away from Houthis' military positions and assembly areas, not to join the ranks of the group and not to approach military positions.

In their statement today, the Houthis announced that 4 of their members, including a senior commander, died.
The civil war in Yemen, which started about 12 years ago, continues between the Houthis and government forces, who have been under control of some parts of the country, including the capital Sanaa, since September 21, 2014.
While there has been a relatively calm period between the parties since April 2022, conflicts have intensified again in various regions, especially Marib, Cevf, Dali and Taiz, in recent weeks.
Yemen is facing one of the world's most severe humanitarian and economic crises.
