Italy: Campaign Launched to Allow Single Women Access to Assisted Reproduction

An Italian association has launched a signature campaign to amend Law 40, aiming to grant single women and lesbian couples access to assisted reproduction (PMA) services, currently restricted to heterosexual couples. This follows previous legal challenges that have already reformed parts of the law.
