Chinese Scientists Develop Light-Driven Micromotors for Uranium Extraction

Chinese researchers have developed light-driven micromotors for uranium extraction, addressing a strategic challenge as the country rapidly expands its nuclear power fleet. The sponge-like particles, measuring just 2 micrometres across, have been engineered with a modified internal chemical structure to remain stable in water over long periods.
