Syrian woman testifies in Regensburg court over axe attack on ICE train

A Syrian woman testified at the Regensburg Regional Court about an axe and hammer attack on an ICE train on July 3, 2025. She shielded her children from the assailant, Mohamad A., who is accused of attempted manslaughter and assault. The court heard the alleged attacker suffers from schizophrenia.
