Jack Draper to miss French Open and rest of clay court season with knee injury
British tennis player Jack Draper will miss the French Open and the rest of the clay court season due to a tendon injury in his right knee. The 24-year-old retired from his only clay court match in Barcelona earlier this month and has also withdrawn from Madrid and Rome. Currently ranked 28th, Draper will fall to around 50th after this week. He hopes to return for the grass court season in June, starting with Stuttgart on June 8. The 2024 US Open semi-finalist won his first Masters 1000 title in Indian Wells this year, peaking at world number four.
