17 local development corporations, including Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH), have launched the 'Local Development Corporation Public Project Council' to jointly address common issues in public project compensation, relocation, and conflict management. SH will serve as the first chairman.

The company has now reversed the accidental change that re-enabled chat visibility and made all projects private by default.
