Hyundai Motor reported a 7.7% year-on-year decline in global sales for May, selling 325,473 vehicles. The decrease was attributed to production disruptions caused by parts supply shortages, with overseas sales down 4.6% and domestic sales down 23.1%.
China's lottery sales in April decreased by 6.4% year-on-year to 54.073 billion yuan. The Ministry of Finance attributed this to a high sales base in the previous year and fewer sports events, impacting scratch-off and sports lottery sales respectively. Cumulative sales for Jan-Apr also saw a 4.0% decline.
