〔健康頻道/綜合報導〕多數人骨頭變脆,不是突然發生,而是每天一點一點累積出來的。正欣骨科診所院長蕭又寧指出,飲食習慣更是重要關鍵,高鹽飲食、含糖飲料、加工食品及菸酒習慣,都可能加速骨質流失;平時則可透過清淡飲食、補充鈣質及規律運動等3招,幫助維持骨骼健康。

民眾每天的飲食正在影響骨頭強度!蕭又寧於臉書專頁發文分享,很多人都是等到家中長輩跌倒、骨折,才發現原來有骨質疏鬆。其實,骨頭變脆這件事,大多不是突然發生,而是每天一點一點累積出來的。尤其飲食更是關鍵,「你每天怎麼吃,會直接影響骨頭流失的速度。」

讓骨質流失的4飲食習慣

民眾在生活中的不良習慣,恐讓骨頭變脆。蕭又寧歸納4項地雷,民眾最好避免:

●吃太鹹,高鈉飲食

像鹹酥雞、泡麵、醃漬食品,鈉含量高,會讓鈣質跟著流失。長期下來,骨頭自然會越來越脆。

●高糖飲料與甜食

含糖飲料、蛋糕甜點吃太多,會影響骨骼代謝,讓骨質流失速度變快。並非要民眾戒掉完全不吃,要注意的是不要變成每天的習慣。

●加工食品吃太多

香腸、罐頭、加工素料,除了高鈉,還含大量磷,會影響鈣的吸收。吃得越多,骨頭負擔也越大。

●菸酒習慣

抽菸、喝酒會加速骨質流失,也會增加跌倒風險,對骨頭來說都是雙重打擊。

除了避免上述不良習慣外,蕭又寧建議可從日常生活著手改善。飲食方面應盡量以清淡為原則,減少高鹽及加工食品攝取,同時增加鈣質來源,例如,深綠色蔬菜、豆製品及小魚乾等食物。

同時,規律運動也相當重要。骨頭需要適度刺激才能維持強度,透過持續活動與運動,有助維持骨骼健康與身體功能。

蕭又寧提醒,骨質疏鬆在早期往往沒有明顯症狀,因此容易被忽略。但當問題浮現時,常已出現骨折等較嚴重情況。部分民眾若有骨質流失、駝背,或曾因輕微跌倒就發生骨折等情形,應提高警覺。
