タス通信によると、ウシャコフ露大統領補佐官（外交担当）が18日、訪問の予定を明らかにした。
ウシャコフ氏の発表では、露側は主要閣僚や中央銀行総裁、国営企業や主要銀行などの財界要人らが同行し、首脳会談は少人数と大人数の二つの形式で開く。両首脳は「多極世界と新たな形の国際関係の構築に関する宣言」を採択し、約40の文書に署名する予定という。紛争が続く中東やウクライナの情勢についても話し合うとみられる。
また、露産天然ガスをモンゴル経由で中国に輸出するパイプライン「シベリアの力2」に関して詳細に協議するとしている。このパイプラインを巡っては、露中は昨年9月、建設に合意する覚書を交わした。
露側の発表によると、プーチン氏は今年後半、キルギスの首都ビシケクでの上海協力機構首脳会議（8月31日～9月1日）、インド・ニューデリーでの主要新興国の「BRICS」首脳会議（9月12～13日）、中国・深圳でのアジア太平洋経済協力会議（APEC）首脳会議（11月18～19日）に参加予定で、それぞれの場でも習氏と会談するとみられる。【モスクワ真野森作】
