李四川競選辦公室批評，綠營側翼以肉搜、公布姓名方式騷擾李四川家人及鄰居，又放任蘇陣營議員以不實資訊抹黑，請蘇巧慧別再神隱、公開回答：「你是否同意肉搜騷擾、造假抹黑的行為？如果一聲不吭，難道是放任且默許？」
李四川競選辦公室指出，戴瑋姍在2024大選期間的新北餵藥案中，屢次利用未經證實的訊息煽動大眾情緒、製造對立，甚至曾在臉書發文稱「藥物濃度檢測結果高達64，證明就是有被餵食巴比妥」，結果被「台灣事實查核中心」打臉，清楚表示「這項資訊沒有任何事實根據」。
李四川競選辦公室表示，不僅如此，在2025年大罷免期間，戴瑋姍為了攻擊立法委員葉元之，竟將葉元之邀請教育部考察國小、爭取預算的行程，故意扭曲為打擾學生上課；事後也被證實，葉元之考察行程是應校長與家長會長反映而進行，且相關爭取預算也獲官員正面回應。
李四川競選辦公室說，戴瑋姍惡意散佈假訊息，如今連李四川任職時間都能憑空編造，李四川2014年擔任的是新北市副市長，根本不是工務局長，戴瑋姍連時間事實都能徹底搞錯，足見其發言前完全不做功課，心中只有政治口水與惡意抹黑，毫無民代基本公信力與素養。
李四川競選辦公室也批評，請蘇巧慧別再神隱、公開回答：「你是否同意側翼及蘇陣營議員，如此肉搜騷擾、造假抹黑的惡劣行為？」
