台北市社會局今（3日）宣布，台北市敬老卡自7月1日起，補助點數將從480點加碼至600點，也將擴大醫療與交通補助範圍，納入關渡與萬芳醫院門診掛號費補助，同時新增YouBike 2.0E前30分鐘免費優惠。（圖由台北市社會局提供）
台北市社會局今（3日）宣布，市長蔣萬安於市政會議拍板，台北市敬老卡自7月1日起，補助點數將從480點加碼至600點，也將擴大醫療與交通補助範圍，納入關渡與萬芳醫院門診掛號費補助，同時新增YouBike 2.0E前30分鐘免費優惠。台北市社會局長姚淑文說，明年將持續擴增扣抵範圍，預計118年全面完成換發二代卡並實現點數累計制。
社會局表示，7月起，敬老卡新增聯醫「敬老健康守護專案」，關渡醫院與萬芳醫院等2家市立醫院的門診掛號費也納入補助範圍。除YouBike 2.0E（電動輔助自行車）前30分鐘納入免費優惠，愛心卡也放寬復康巴士使用門檻。

社會局提到，116年台北市敬老愛心卡將有「第二波使用大升級」。上半年將提升桃園機場捷運補助額度至80點，雙層觀光巴士提升補助至85點。此外，北捷攜帶自行車單程票最高補助80點，藍色公路更開放最高補助100點。下半年開放於生活通路使用，如藥局、超商、超市、農會等。
社會局將持續關注長者的實際需求與使用數據，將預算精準投注於能有效提升長者身心健康、促進社會參與的項目上，在財政衡平與社會福利之間取得最佳平衡。
姚淑文表示，期盼透過敬老愛心卡的升級與功能擴充，能提供全方位的交通支持，更能成為長者及身心障礙者維持健康、延緩老化的關鍵助力，陪伴每位市民走得更遠、活得更精采。
