광주경찰청 사이버범죄수사대는 공연법 위반 등 혐의로 불구속 입건한 30대 A씨를 송치했다고 11일 밝혔다.

A씨는 2023년 7월부터 올해 3월까지 매크로(자동입력반복) 프로그램을 사용하거나 전문 대리업자를 통해 인기 공연 및 경기 입장권 총 1천642매를 예매, 정가의 2∼14배를 받고 되판 혐의다.

경찰은 A씨가 거둔 2억5천만원 상당의 범죄 수익에 대해 추징보전을 신청해 환수 조치에 들어갔다.

경찰 관계자는 "암표 없는 건전한 문화를 조성하고자 위법 행위 추적을 이어가겠다"고 말했다.
