L'ultima stima Istat indicava un deficit al 3,1%, ma a Bruxelles un valore del 2,99% potrebbe bastare per far uscire l'Italia dall'iter. Il nodo è tecnico: Eurostat pubblicherà con una cifra decimale applicando le normali regole di arrotondamento.
