Post Office Seeks Delay in Second Capture Scandal Court Appeal

The Post Office is seeking a two-month delay for its formal response to Steve Marston's Court of Appeal case, in which his 1998 conviction for stealing from his branch using faulty Capture accounting software is being appealed.
