Collingwood holds a 28-point lead.
It would require a mighty comeback from Port Adelaide, with three players already knocked out of the match, to pull off this win.

It was a disaster for the Power.
De Goey kicks his third, Port on the ropes

Collingwood have found their groove.
Port Adelaide are struggling with three players off with injury.
Nick Daicos made a big sprint, got the ball, then kicked inside forward 50 to Jordan De Goey.
Collingwood has kicked the last six goals and leads by 28.

The match was stopped as Esava Ratugolea was taken off the field.
The game resumes with a free kick in the goal square for Lachie Schultz, who won a free kick for high contact.
That is a second goal for Schultz, and the Magpies lead by 23 points.
Two Port Adelaide players are down

Oh, it's awful news for Port Adelaide.
Esava Ratugolea has gone into a contest, appears to slip into the contest, and he has stayed on the ground clutching his right knee.
He equalled the AFL record with six first half intercept marks — he was having an outstanding game.
At the same moment, Ewan Mackinlay has been helped off the field with what appears to be a lower leg injury.
Sam Swadling kicks a goal on debut

It is a dream moment for Sam Swadling.
On his AFL debut, he kicks his maiden AFL goal.
He was probably unlucky just moments before not to be rewarded with a holding-the-ball free for a great tackle inside forward 50.
But from the ball-up, the ball falls to the teenager and he kicks sweetly off his left boot.

Jack Lukosius limps off for Port

By Michael Doyle
Not a good look for Port Adelaide's Jack Lukosius.
He has limped off the field and gone to the back of the bench.
Lukosius had strapping on his knee, and that appears to have come off.
Broadcast footage appears to show Lukosius limping after trying to take off for a run. It is reportedly a right calf issue.
He was playing well and making an impact for the Power.
Tim Membrey kicks another for Collingwood

The Magpies have kicked the first two goals of the second half.
The Pies went through the corridor, and a kick from Daniel McStay into forward 50 goes over the heads of the Power defenders.
Tim Membrey is there at the back of the pack and kicks his third goal of the match.

Esava Ratugolea equals first half intercept mark record
M
By Michael Doyle
Port Adelaide's Esava Ratugolea took six intercept marks in the first half against Collingwood.
That equals the record set by Geelong's Tom Stewart set in round 2, 2024.
Stewart would go on to record a record-equalling 10 intercept marks in total that night.
Since Champion Data began recording intercept marks in 2002, 12 times a player has recorded 10 intercept marks in a match.
Tom Stewart, Geelong R2, 2024

Match report: Carlton make it five straight with win over GWS
M
By Michael Doyle
— reporting by AAP
Carlton's charge to the AFL finals under interim coach Josh Fraser is right on course, with the Blues soaring to a 23-point victory to heap more misery on GWS.
Boasting fresh legs after last week's bye, the Blues held off a relentless Giants side 12.16 (88) to 9.11 (65) at Sydney Showground Stadium on Saturday to make it five wins from five games under Fraser.
After losing eight of nine games under former coach Michael Voss, the Blues are 12th (six wins, eight losses), sitting outside the top 10 on percentage.
Sam Walsh (one goal, 34 disposals, five clearances) was again influential at the contest, well supported by Patrick Cripps (33 disposals, seven clearances) and George Hewett (one goal, 30 disposals, five clearances).
Francis Evans kicked three goals, while former GWS player Wade Derksen (eight intercepts) impressed in a defensive unit missing the injured Jacob Weitering.
The 11th-placed Giants (6-8) lament another missed opportunity to cement their finals spot, suffering back-to-back defeats after last week's loss to 10th-placed St Kilda.
Finn Callaghan led the home side with 31 touches and seven clearances, while fired-up skipper Toby Greene (three goals) tried to spark his side.
Despite Weitering's absence, Giants spearhead Jesse Hogan was again limited to one goal in his second game on return from a hip injury.
The Giants were better with their chances in a tight opening quarter to take a five-point lead into the first break.
But Carlton upped the pressure and leaped ahead thanks to back-to-back goals from Evans.
GWS swingman Conor Stone matched Evans' feat to momentarily reduce the deficit to two points, before a goal from Will Hayward helped keep the Giants at arm's length at halftime.
Greene sparked a chain of four GWS goals to bring the score level at 9.7 (61) to Carlton's 8.13 (61), but Walsh kicked an after-the-siren major to restore the visitors' lead to six points.
Carlton finally broke away when Hayward kicked off the final quarter with a booming kick from outside the 50-metre arc for his second goal.

An entertaining first half has come to an end.
Both teams have kicked six goals, but an extra behind gives Port Adelaide a 1-point lead over Collingwood at the big break.
McStay goals for Collingwood
M
By Michael Doyle
Daniel McStay has taken a strong mark and converted his set shot from the 50-metre arc.
It was not the most convincing set shot. It looked like a knuckleball as it fired low towards goal.
But it had just enough height to get over the Port defenders on the line.

Port strike back through Jack Whitlock

Port Adelaide has responded immediately to that Nick Daicos goal.
The Power work the footy inside forward 50 and Jack Whitlock takes a mark.
He converts the set shot for his second goal of the match.

Great play from Collingwood.
A nice chain of possession leads to a long kick to the goal square.
Port tries to punch the ball through for a behind, but Nick Daicos follows through like a striker and volleys the footy through the goal.

Brilliant from Jordan De Goey.
He swoops on a loose ball inside for forward 50, runs to his left foot, and snaps for back-to-back goals.

Jordan De Goey takes a mark inside forward 50 following an excellent kick from Ned Long from the boundary, almost directly across the field.
The goal ends a run of five straight by Port Adelaide.
