"Regrettably, 265 people have died, 3,494 were injured, and the number of those missing has risen to 496," he said, citing the latest data.
According to the president, 11,347 houses were ruined, 53,526 were damaged, 140 buildings collapsed. As many as 179 medical establishments sustained structural damage.
