新北市勞工局攜手新北市立土城醫院、社團法人新北市視障協會促成「土城醫院視障按摩小棧」，今天正式揭幕，勞工局指出，為慶祝小棧開幕，即日起至6月25日止，民眾到小棧體驗按摩服務，即可享有每天限額15名的100元折扣優惠，勞工局歡迎民眾到場體驗，以實際行動支持視障朋友。
今天開幕活動由土城醫院志工帶來排舞揭開序幕，新北視障按摩年度代言人「香蕉哥哥」也到場，以帶動跳方式，引領與會貴賓一同放鬆身體，呼應視障按摩「舒緩疲勞、放鬆身心」的服務精神，他宣傳到，民眾9月30日在新北市的視障按摩消費滿500元，還能參加抽獎，最大獎是「iPhone 17 pro」。

勞工局長陳瑞嘉表示，非常感謝土城醫院提供場地支持，尤其土城醫院院長賴旗俊本身是眼科醫師，更能理解視障朋友在生活及就業上的困難，他也感謝視障協會投入小棧經營，相關盈虧需自行處理，相當辛苦。勞工局長期推動視障者多元就業，每位視障按摩師都受過1600小時的專業訓練，具有優質的服務品質，除按摩服務，也開發客服、街頭藝人等工作型態，協助穩定就業。
賴旗俊在活動中也體驗視障按摩服務，感受按摩師的專業、細膩的手技，他說，社會大眾平時較不易察覺視障者在生活上的需求，日常設施仍有許多進步空間，但即使視力受限，視障朋友仍可透過自身專業能力貢獻社會，邀請就醫民眾及陪同家屬可利用候診空檔到小棧體驗按摩服務，同時支持視障朋友穩定就業。
