意见还指出，畅通资产管理境内外配置渠道。根据国家有关部署，推动优化“沪港通”“中欧通”“债券通”等机制，稳步推动REITs等纳入“沪港通”标的。支持发行香港互认基金，推动与更多境外市场开展交易型开放式指数基金(ETF)互挂、互认业务。
统筹推进银行间与交易所债券市场互联互通并统一对外开放。推出更多特定期货和期权品种，推动更多符合条件的存量品种作为特定品种对外开放。稳步扩大黄金市场制度型对外开放，支持沪港黄金市场合作。
