議員洪婉臻表示,蔣市府政策多用砸錢、撒幣方式解決,沒有確切看到家長的需求與問題。她提到,公托是家長必須接送的年齡,而小孩不在同一間托育中心,會造成家長、祖父母等照顧者的不便。呼籲市府制定公托規劃時程表。

秘書長王玉芬補充,今年將推動校校有公托,預計增加16家公托、600餘名額,明年九月比較有可能實行議員提案,時間點可以評估研議,也強調一定是朝這個方向努力。
社會局會後說,台北市目前公托加上準公托供給達9720人,佔托育供給量八成,今年7月起加碼「友善托育補助」,不論選擇公托或準公共托育,第二胎以上都零負擔,福利看得到,也吃得到;同時推動「校校有公托」,持續擴充量能,讓家長選擇更加彈性。
