台北市衛生局今（11）公布4月份抽驗穀豆類產品結果，30件產品中，計有1件大麥及2件綠豆各檢出1項殘留農藥不符衛福部「農藥殘留容許量標準」規定。衛生局針對上述不符規定產品，已令販售地點業者立即下架不得販售，經追查違規產品來源外縣市業者，已移請所轄衛生局依權責辦理。
衛生局說明，不符「農藥殘留容許量標準」規定者，違反食品安全衛生管理法第15條第1項第5款「殘留農藥或動物用藥含量超過安全容許量」規定，可依同法第44條第1項第2款規定處負責業者新台幣6萬元以上、2億元以下罰鍰。
衛生局呼籲，食品安全首重源頭把關，進口商應訂定食品安全監測計畫並加強自主檢驗，定期將原料、半成品或成品進行送驗，確保產品品質，中、下游業者也應保存販售產品之來源憑證，以利進行產品溯源管理。選購相關產品時，最好選擇具有良好信譽之商家產品，或具農政機關核發之農產品標章，以確保飲食安全。
衛生局提醒民眾於食用或烹調穀豆類前，先以流動清水沖洗，再以水浸泡10～20分鐘，接著用流動的自來水沖洗2至3遍，降低農藥殘留。
