According to the Investigative Committee, 86 students and one staff member were in the dormitory at the time of the attack.
"As a result, the five-story building collapsed down to the second floor. Several people are believed to be trapped under the rubble. The number of fatalities and injuries is still being determined," Petrenko stated.
