US Justice Department approves Skydance-Paramount merger with Warner Bros. Discovery

The US Justice Department has approved the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Paramount Skydance for approximately $111 billion. The antitrust division concluded the deal is unlikely to harm competition or US consumers in streaming, television, or film production and distribution.
