根据气象部门预测，预计2日夜间到3日上午，重庆市有一次较强降雨天气过程，中西部偏南和东南部地区中到大雨，部分地区暴雨(50至90毫米)，个别乡镇大暴雨(120至150毫米)，最大小时雨量40至60毫米。
据重庆市水文监测总站预测，2日20时至3日20时，11个区县部分中小河流有涨水风险，其中黔江区、綦江区、南川区、酉阳县、彭水县、万盛经开区风险高，江津区、秀山县风险较高，涪陵区、巴南区、武隆区有一定风险。以上区县部分乡镇有小流域山洪灾害风险。
根据有关规定并经会商研判，重庆市水利局决定自2日18时起，针对黔江区、涪陵区、巴南区、江津区、南川区、綦江区、武隆区、秀山县、酉阳县、彭水县、万盛经开区等地启动水旱灾害防御Ⅳ级应急响应，要求相关区县水行政主管部门及局有关处室、单位高度重视，切实做好各项防范应对工作。(完)
