편의점 세븐일레븐은 오는 27일부터 냉장밥 노화 방지 기술 등이 적용된 '올 뉴 김밥 라인업'을 선보인다고 25일 밝혔다.
'냉장밥 노화 방지 및 수분 보존 기술'을 적용해 저온 환경에서도 밥알의 촉촉함과 찰기를 구현한 것이 특징이다.
또 밥의 수분에도 질겨지지 않고 깔끔하게 끊어지는 새로운 김 가공 공법도 적용했다.
세븐일레븐은 27일 대표 베스트셀러 상품인 '듬뿍참치김밥'에 새로운 공법을 적용해 첫선을 보이고 이튿날에는 '스팸땡초김밥'을, 내달 2일에는 '2800알찬김밥'을 재단장해 출시한다.
