《通告》明确，凡在云南法院立案执行但尚未履行生效法律文书确定义务的公民、法人及其他组织，应当自觉到法院如实报告财产并履行义务，不得实施抗拒执行、逃避执行、规避执行、妨碍执行的行为。对拒不配合的，法院将依法采取罚款、拘留、限制消费、纳入失信被执行人名单等惩戒措施；构成犯罪的，将依法追究刑事责任。
