A suspect in a series of brutal murders has been detained in Nizhny Novgorod

Two dismembered bodies in bags were discovered by traffic police officers who stopped a Gazelle near the Borsky Bridge in Nizhny Novgorod. Previously, they belong to an 18-year-old girl and an elderly woman, who are relatives of each other - granddaughter and grandmother.

At the moment when law enforcement officers turned to the driver to check his documents, his passenger jumped out of the car and ran away in an unknown direction. During the interrogation, it turned out that the truck driver was hired from outside - he did not know about the contents of the body.

Another body was found in the apartment

A short time later, police found another body at a residential address associated with the two previous victims. It also belongs to a woman.

According to Baza, the killer turned out to be a man on the run. First, he killed his partner, then her mother and daughter, fearing that they would betray him.

It turned out that after the escape, the criminal was hiding with a woman he knew, whom he subsequently dealt with during the conflict. Fearing that her relatives would contact the police, he went to them, beat them to death with a tire iron and dismembered their bodies, after which he put them in bags. To cover his tracks, he hired a truck, hoping to take the remains into the forest. He hid the body of the first victim in the basement of a private house.

The killer is detained

At the moment, the criminal has been detained. The killer was hiding in the village of Neklyudovo - the same place where he dealt with the first victim. He admitted partial guilt.

“112” writes that the detainee is a military deserter. He left the military unit without permission and was hiding from law enforcement officers.

The Investigative Committee has opened cases under three articles - murder, murder of two persons and desertion. Now the investigation is asking for the suspect to be placed under arrest. Investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crimes committed.
