〔記者廖雪茹/新竹報導〕想美美配戴耳飾,沒想到一個小小的耳洞,竟讓耳朵長出如肉球般「會長大的疤」!25歲林小姐在耳骨上穿洞,不料傷口癒合後,耳骨處卻開始異常隆起,疤痕甚至像吹氣球般持續向外增生,還伴隨著陣陣搔癢、疼痛與緊繃感。這不僅嚴重影響外觀,更讓她困擾不已,最後求診新竹臺大分院整形外科,才被許家源醫師確診為「蟹足腫」(Keloids),目前持續接受治療與追蹤 。

「蟹足腫的形成與個人體質、遺傳、局部張力及慢性發炎息息相關,而亞洲族群正是高風險群之一!」許醫師特別提醒,不只是手術大傷口,舉凡青春痘、毛囊炎、穿耳洞、刺青甚至打疫苗等微小皮膚創傷,都有可能誘發蟹足腫。其中又以胸前、肩膀、上背部及耳朵等部位最為常見。
