At about 11 o'clock in the evening on September 2, at the end of a symposium held in Luoshan County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, where the 25th Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (referred to as the 25th Red Army) started, Jiang Yanru, chairman of the county's CPPCC, expressed the sentiments of the participants.
The 25th Red Army, known as the "Pioneer Going North", set out from Hejiachong, Tiepu Town, Luoshan County in November 1934. It was the first Red Army team to arrive in northern Shaanxi. The above-mentioned symposium is part of the educational activities with the theme of "New Long March - New Classes Take the Long March of the New Era" for people from new social classes in Henan Province to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army's Long March.

From September 1st to 3rd, representatives of new social classes from all over the country walked into Hejiachong. They listened to the story of the Long March under the ancient ginkgo tree, felt the power of faith in the memorial hall, touched the new pulse of industrial development in the old area at the production line, and offered their wisdom and suggestions at the symposium...
The new social class is an emerging social group formed in the non-public economic and social fields after the reform and opening up. It is widely distributed in fields such as technology research and development, business management, professional services and new media operations.
Based on this, the Henan Province New Social Class Association jointly held the above-mentioned symposium with the local area.
This is a special "demand matching meeting". Representatives of the new class from all over the country sat together with local entrepreneurs in Luoshan to ask about needs, problems and strategies.
"The industrial chain is short, over-reliance on spring tea, summer and autumn tea is wasted, and deep processing is almost blank." Li Shouquan, head of Luoshan County Laozhaishan Ecological Tea Co., Ltd., took the lead in raising the problem of tea industry development: "How can we not only maintain the foundation of traditional craftsmanship, but also revitalize idle tea resources?"
As soon as he finished speaking, Chen Guibin, a member of the new class and chairman of Henan Xinyang Jiamu Tea Co., Ltd., took up the conversation and said, "The carrying capacity of the industry determines the attraction of talents. The positioning of Luoshan Tea must first be clear. Should it focus on the ecological brand or the cultural brand? Only by solving the integration framework of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries can innovation have the ground."

Immediately afterwards, Chen Guangbing, the person in charge of the national ecological farm in Luoshan County, also raised a question: "At present, our cooperative's driving model is biased toward the traditional, and we urgently need a replicable and popularized mechanism for linking farmers with farmers to expand the radiation effect."
"If there are no standards for products, there will be no recognition. Only by formulating unified regional standards so that good products have a 'ruler' can we establish a price system at different levels." Liu Yizhan, a member of the new class and chairman of Hunan Farmer Uncle Group Co., Ltd., expressed his willingness to cooperate with Luoshan enterprises to make high-quality agricultural products in old areas "over the mountains and ridges" and sell them at good prices.
In response to the common problems of narrow sales and weak brands of local agricultural products in Luoshan, Shi Juling, a member of the new class and deputy general manager of Haoxianni Health Food Co., Ltd., said that we should be good at leveraging strength, momentum and brands. At the same time, he said that the company has mature channels and a professional team and is willing to share resources with Luoshan and "join hands to tell the good stories of the old district."
During the question and answer period, the speaker did not make empty remarks, but only gave practical and hard advice, and was full of useful information. From 7 pm to 11 pm, the original two-hour symposium turned into a four-hour "night talk". Only when Jiang Yanru reluctantly announced the end of the meeting, the participants still felt that they still had more to say.
"After the meeting, everyone stayed at the venue to add each other's contact information." Gong Wen, executive director of the New Federation of Henan Province and the person in charge of "Looking for Beautiful Henan", said in an interview that relying on the "Looking for Beautiful Henan" brand activity, people from Henan's new social class will continue to use their expertise to use lenses, articles, and platforms to take good photos of Luoshan, promote Luoshan, and empower Luoshan, so as to help the old revolutionary areas achieve cultural innovation and coordinated industrial development.
As Chen Zhaoshun, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Henan Provincial Party Committee who attended the meeting, said, the goal of this event is to "build bridges and pave the way" for the high-quality development of the old revolutionary base in the Dabie Mountains, connect the real needs of enterprises, transform the intellectual advantages of the new class, and implement the results of the forum.
From "Pioneer Going North" to "Building New Forces", what has changed is the background of the times, but what remains unchanged is the drive to face difficulties and break the situation and open a way forward. This relay, which spans ninety years, is leaving a new footnote in Luoshan. (over)
