State Duma deputy Kolesnik proposed depriving Ukraine of access to the Black Sea

Ukraine should be deprived of access to the Black Sea. State Duma deputy Andrei Kolesnik stated this in a conversation with TASS, using the phrase about pants.

“It is necessary to cut off Ukraine, in my opinion, completely from the (Black) Sea. She (more than 300) years ago, under the Pereyaslav Rada, crossed without the sea. She came without pants, let her leave without pants,” Kolesnik said.

At the same time, in his opinion, there is no need to completely prohibit Ukraine from using the Black Sea waters. Kolesnik stressed that the process should be controlled by Russia, receiving a fee for access.
