On this day, floor leader Jeong pointed out on Facebook, "All the strange signs over the past year are pointing to one truth. The person in power controlling the personnel affairs of the Lee Jae-myung administration is Director Kim, who 'knows everything'."
Floor leader Jeong wrote, "The first strange scene was during the National Assembly audit last year. There was no precedent in the past for a Blue House secretary for general affairs to not appear in a National Assembly inspection, but Democratic Party lawmakers were vehemently opposed. Who on earth is Kim Hyun-ji, who kept it so secret? The curiosity only grew."
He continued, "The second strange scene was a text message exchanged between people who were known as close associates of President Lee Jae-myung's 'Society of Seven' asking for the president of the association. A Democratic Party lawmaker asked, 'If I recommend it, Chief of Staff Kang Hoon-sik will oppose it, so please have my younger brother recommend it.' The Blue House secretary who received the text replied, 'I will recommend it to my local sister.'"
He also said, "This is the third strange scene. A pro-Myung (pro-Lee Jae-myung) member of the Democratic Party openly revealed, 'Is there a personnel line in the Blue House? The personnel line is Kim Hyun-ji.'" He pointed out, "This remark is not a 'light joke' but a 'bone-headed revelation.' If something strange happens two or three times, it is not a coincidence, but an inevitability and the truth."
Floor leader Jeong criticized, "But the question we need to pay more attention to than saying, 'The personnel line is Kim Hyun-ji' is the question, 'Does the Blue House have a personnel line?'" and added, "The personnel failures of the Lee Jae-myung administration that have continued over the past year are because the personnel verification system is broken enough to point out that 'there is no personnel line.'"
At the same time, he said, "The system of sufficiently pre-verifying ability and morality by receiving various recommendations from a wide talent pool has collapsed, and it appears that the government is relying on the political judgment of a very small number of close associates, such as President Lee and Chief Secretary Kim."
In an earlier Facebook post, floor leader Jeong also continued his attack on Yong Hye-in, a candidate for Minister of Gender Equality and Family.
Floor leader Jeong said, "Was this appointment (nomination of Candidate Yong) aimed at taking care of the 'under-organisation of the Labor Party'?" and urged Candidate Yong to resign from his position as a candidate and member of the National Assembly, saying, "If this continues, it will not be a 'hearing for Representative Yong Hye-in' but an 'under-organization hearing'."
Regarding the 'under organization suspicion', floor leader Jeong claimed, "A series of organizations leading to the Socialist Party, Labor Party, Alba Alliance, Youth Left, and Basic Income Party were operated by a small secret organization called the 'under organization,' and behind the ideological and economic background of the organization was a figure from the activist group named Kim Gil-o, CEO of Korea Board Games."
Recently, suspicions have been raised in the political circles that there was a so-called 'under organization' behind the Labor Party and youth groups that the Basic Income Party founding officials went through after Candidate Yong's nomination, and that this organization inherited the main ideas of the Constitutional Assembly (CA) faction of the 1980s.
It is claimed that the human network formed through this organization led to the Labor Party's basic income group and the 'Youth Left', represented by Candidate Yong and his spouse Park Ki-hong, and became the foundation for the creation of the Basic Income Party in 2020. In particular, CEO Kim Gil-oh is being pointed out as the head of this organization and a person who funded the Labor Party and others.
Floor leader Jeong criticized, "There are too many aspects of Representative Yong and Representative Kim that are shrouded in mystery. Deputy Chief of Staff Kim Hyun-ji, who is believed to have masterminded this appointment, is also completely shrouded in mystery," and criticized, "It is truly a triangle mystery personnel arrangement of Yong Hye-in, Kim Gil-oh and Kim Hyun-ji."
Coupled with the observation that Representative Kim is behind the political background of Candidate Yong and the Basic Income Party, as well as the view that Chief Kim led the selection of Candidate Yong in this cabinet reshuffle, floor leader Jeong appears to be claiming that there is a connection between them.
