These 10 typical cases reflect that some criminals arbitrarily fabricated and spread false information involving personal casualties, false policies, food safety, etc., seriously disrupting social order and violating legal red lines.

In the case of Zhang’s fictional facts, online blogger Zhang published false information such as a car accident in front of a high school in Shandong in order to gain attention and fans, which triggered a large number of discussions among netizens. After investigation, it was found that the information posted online was fictitious, and the local public security organs had imposed administrative penalties on Zhang.

In the case of Fu, Deng, Huang and others who fabricated facts, the six were employees in the local driving school training industry in Suzhou, Anhui. In order to gain traffic attention and induce students to sign up, they spread the so-called "driving test interpretation" video, triggering the spread of rumors such as "New items for the driving test in Suzhou, Anhui in 2026", interfering with the normal operation of the driving school and examination arrangements, damaging the credibility of the traffic control department, and wasting social public resources.
