Taichung City's "Tanya Green Park Road" upgrade is completed! The Taichung City Tourism Bureau spent NT$15 million to build new sidewalks between 4.35K and 4.53K, and renovated the old damaged pedestrian pavements between 11.65K and 11.8K into beautiful and durable paper mold floors to effectively divert people and vehicles, reduce the risk of people and vehicles fighting for the right of way, and create a safe and comfortable environment for cycling and walking.

Chen Meixiu, director of tourism and tourism, said that Tan Ya Shen Green Parkway attracts more than 3 million visitors every year and is an important base for low-carbon tourism in Taichung. In addition to adding new sidewalks from 4.35K to 4.53K, this project will also open sidewalks from 11.65K to 1 1.8K old damaged pedestrian pavements were renovated into beautiful and durable paper model floors to implement the separation of pedestrians and vehicles and connect the surrounding Xinzhuang leisure park roads. At the same time, through ecological conservation and military space movement stitching, it provides tourists with a more high-quality recreational environment.

For the connecting road between the Air Force's 3rd Regiment Headquarters and the 58th Artillery Headquarters, ground guidance markings were added to connect Tan Ya Shen Green Park Road to Xinzhuang Leisure Park Road. Eye-catching rest seats with the image of water pipes were added at the entrance of the park road to activate the circulation around the military camp and allow tourists to explore the surrounding sightseeing road network more intuitively and conveniently.

In addition, the Tourism Bureau also adopted a professional "soil replacement method" for the 4.6K old camphor tree platform to prevent and control brown root disease, and planted new brown root disease-resistant eggplant trees to actively protect precious green resources from the roots. It also simultaneously improved the expansion joints of the 6.8K Sanmin Road Bridge and the 7.5K corner intersection to enhance comfort and safety.
