وتابعت الشركة في بيانها بالقول إنها فعّلت "فور وقوع الحادثة إجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة للتعامل مع تداعياتها ومتابعة أوضاع المتضررين وتوفير الرعاية والدعم اللازمين لهم ولأسرهم".
وأردفت "السعودية" في بيانها بالقول: "وعلى الصعيد التشغيلي، عادت بفضل الله رحلات "السعودية" وعملياتها التشغيلية في مطار الملك خالد الدولي بالرياض إلى طبيعتها اعتبارًا من الساعة السادسة مساء يوم الخميس 8 أكتوبر 2026، مع مواصلة متابعة جداول الرحلات والتواصل مع الضيوف عبر قنواتها الرسمية".
