From 2006 to 2023, the defendant Zhou Jun took advantage of his position as the general manager and chairman of Shanghai Galaxy Digital Investment Co., Ltd., the vice chairman and chief executive of Shanghai Industrial Holdings Co., Ltd., the chairman of the board of directors of Shanghai Industrial Environment Holdings Co., Ltd., the vice president and president of Shanghai Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. to provide help to others in corporate investment, business activities, project payment settlement and other matters, and received property alone or together with others, equivalent to a total of more than 21.51 million yuan.

The Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People's Court held that the defendant Zhou Jun, as a state worker, took advantage of his position to embezzle public property in a particularly huge amount with others, and his behavior constituted the crime of corruption; he also took advantage of his position to illegally accept property from others, alone or with others, to seek benefits for others, and that the amount was particularly huge.
