2026 Tainan City Aboriginal City Councilor Election: Districts 12 and 13 present a "2 to 1" battle situation

In the 5th Tainan City Aboriginal City Councilor Election in 2026, both the 12th and 13th electoral districts have formed a "2-to-1" situation. Among them, the current member of the 12th district, Ingay Tali, failed to register to run, and the vote structure was reshuffled; in the 13th district, Shi Yuxingwang, who is seeking re-election, faces the KMT newcomer Xin Qingqing.
