The national award "Best Industrial Design of Russia" 2026–2027 will be held according to updated rules: participants will be able to present both already produced products and promising developments, said Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government, city head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy (DIPP).
“In the new season, applications will be accepted in two main categories: “Serial Product” - for projects launched into mass or small-scale production, and “Concept Design” - for promising products, prototypes, mock-ups and prototypes. The categories “Design of Household Objects”, “Design of Water and Air Vehicles”, “Design of Special Machinery” and “Design of Material Handling Equipment for Moving People and Lifting Goods” will also be presented, which includes, in particular, cable cars, elevators, cranes and lifts.
