The Russian military department reported on Saturday that units of the “Southern” group liberated the village of Kurtovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

“Reconnaissance officers of the Southern Group of Forces, in cooperation with attack UAV operators, previously destroyed the enemy’s logistics routes in the area of ​​the populated area and made it impossible to deliver ammunition and materiel to the defending militants,” the report says.

Further, the department added, crews of unmanned systems troops and artillery units of the division inflicted powerful fire damage on the enemy’s defensive lines, which created the conditions for the offensive of assault troops and the subsequent liberation of Kurtovka.
