Jeonju City appoints 223 team leader-level public officials as corporate managers... One-to-one customized corporate support begins in earnest

Jeonju City, Jeollabuk-do announced on the 25th that it would designate 223 team leader-level public officials as 'corporate managers' and begin full-scale one-on-one customized corporate support activities.

This system, which is operated under the 'one company, one civil servant system', involves public officials directly visiting companies in the jurisdiction to hear about management difficulties and guide customized support projects from the government and local governments.

The city plans to strengthen follow-up management by promptly linking suggestions received on site to the responsible department and related organizations and delivering the progress and results to the relevant companies.

In addition, we plan to systematically analyze the difficulties and system improvement tasks that are repeatedly received and reflect them in establishing future corporate support policies.

Previously, on the 17th, the city completed preliminary job training for participating public officials, including sharing cases of activities in the first half of the year and tips for on-site interviews.
