Taking a chance, Xiao Li took the initiative to leave a message for consultation, and soon a person who claimed to be an "education institution specialist" added his WeChat account. The other party sent the company's qualifications, previous "successful screenshots of certificate application", and certificate samples, boasting that he had connections within the education system and could directly identify and obtain the certificate, bypassing the exam.
Xiao Li, who was eager to get the certificate, submitted personal information such as his ID card and academic photos as required by the other party, and paid more than 10,000 yuan through WeChat transfer.
