In the Altai Territory, a teenager survived a bear attack

In the Soltonsky district of the Altai Territory, a bear attacked a 15-year-old teenager in an apiary.

The teenager was hospitalized in a medical facility in Biysk in a condition of moderate severity.

A fifteen-year-old teenager managed to survive a bear attack in the Altai Territory; he was hospitalized in moderate condition, the press service of the Biysk emergency medical service reported.

“In the Salton area, a bear attacked a teenager. It is preliminary known that the incident occurred today in an apiary - about 20 kilometers from Salton... An ambulance team is hospitalizing a 15-year-old victim in a medical facility in Biysk,” the message says.

It is noted that the teenager’s condition is assessed as moderate.
