高公局表示，今天至11時共發生25件事故，包括上午8時16分於國1南向333.5公里處、上午9時40分於國3北向337.8公里處、上午8時49分於國1高架南向70.3公里處各發生小客車追撞事故，雖均在40分鐘內排除，但仍導致車輛回堵、影響整體車流。

高公局指出，預判今天下午將有長時段及長路段壅塞情形，重點壅塞路段為國1南向高架機場系統-楊梅端、楊梅-頭份、彰化系統-埔鹽系統，北向圓山-大華系統；國3南向中和-關西；國5南向南港系統-頭城；國10西向仁武至左營端等路段。

根據高公局即時路況顯示，截至中午12時28分，國道部分路段壅塞，其中國1北向堤頂-汐止端與南向湖口服務區-竹北、國3北向木柵-南深路、國5南向南港系統-石碇等路段時速不到40公里。
