She requested the Yunlin District Prosecutor's Office to investigate and correct the election style. The prosecutor said that the district prosecutor's office received information about the case of the banquet hosted by the mayor of Douliu and has investigated the case separately.

Lin Shengjue pointed out that political competition can have different positions, but it should not rely on editing and leading the trend. He emphasized that he accepts public supervision and public inspection of governance. He called for returning to facts to judge and reject character slander.

Yin Lingying rang the bell with a sign saying "Correct election style, clean election". She pointed out that there are many election tricks and administrative agencies should be neutral. However, Douliu City Office has recently submitted many bids, including neighborhood tours, various activities, etc. The office has limited the amount to 1.49 million yuan. It is suspected that it deliberately circumvented the provisions of the Procurement Law. There is no need for public bidding for less than 1.5 million yuan. She questioned Lin Shengjue's violation of the Government Procurement Law and asked the judicial authorities to investigate.

Yin Lingying also provided a video of a dinner party held by the office in August, attended by citizen representatives and neighborhood elders. In the video, Lin Shengjue also said that the whole goose banquet cost 8,000 yuan. Yin Lingying said, does holding such a dinner during the election build momentum for a specific candidate? She questioned Lin Shengjue's violation of the election and strike law, and hoped that the District Prosecutor's Office would investigate as soon as possible and correct the election style.

In response to Yin Lingying's accusations, the Douliu City Office issued a press release stating that the dinner was a training event for neighborhood leaders, not an election dinner.
