According to observations from the Japan Meteorological Agency, Hurricane Noro has crossed the International Date Line this morning and officially entered the Western Pacific to become the 28th typhoon this year. It is currently moving westward and is expected to turn north in the south of Japan. At the same time, the tropical depression near Wake Island also intensified into the 29th typhoon "Little Bear" this morning.

The "Colorful Clouds" currently in the waters around Iwo Jima are still active, heading north towards the waters east of Japan. Currently, there are three dancing clouds in the Western Pacific again. Huang Guozhi, an analyst at Weather Risk Company, pointed out that it is currently judged that these three stations have no direct impact on Taiwan, and they will continue to track their developments in the future.
