MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was destroyed during a combat mission

The MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) was destroyed during a combat mission. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Army reported this on its Telegram channel.

“During a combat mission, the plane was hit by an enemy missile, the pilot ejected, but, unfortunately, did not survive,” the message states.

It is noted that the pilot was a flight commander of the 40th “Ghost of Kyiv” brigade of tactical aviation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
