〔記者林菁樺／台北報導〕台東地區店家反映疑因裝設太陽能板引發電費異常，台電今（12）日說明，該址太陽光電系統設有光電發電雙向電表，用戶端也設有雙向電表，分別計量光電系統發電及用戶端用電，兩者用電、發電量可清楚區分。台電並於10日進行會勘，確認現場用電設備、電流、電壓及負載情形均屬正常。

針對店家反映「光電板使用店家電力、造成電費自9000元暴增數倍」，台電表示，該址光電系統於2024年6月併網，經台電台東區處查核用戶歷年用電紀錄，店家所指每月電費約8000至9000元屬2025年後用電情形，期間已有光電設備運作。此外，經檢視2024年11月至2026年用電紀錄，光電系統陸續發電期間，用戶端用電度數並未因此增加；光電系統關閉、未發電期間，也曾出現用戶用電增加情形，顯示兩者應無直接關聯。

台電指出，針對用戶於2024年7月及9月電費較高情形，經了解當時店家曾進行店面整理，期間也適逢「鹿燈大道」特色市集於暑假期間舉辦，自6月底至9月中旬陸續辦理相關活動。

考量店面整理及市集期間營業、來客等情形，不排除照明、空調或其他設備使用增加，進而影響用電量；惟實際用電增加原因仍須視當時設備使用情形而定。台東區處當時亦曾派員現場查核，確認電表指數正確、運作正常，並無計量異常。市集活動結束後，用電亦回落至平常水準。

台電也說明，太陽光電板為「發電設備」，所產生的電力可供用戶使用或併入電網，並非大量用電的「吃電怪獸」。如用戶對用電情形仍有疑義，台電將持續提供查核及說明服務。
