[Reporter Lin Youchen/Taichung Report] CITIC Brothers won the championship in the second half of the season at home today. After being at the bottom in the first half of the season, they are sure to buck the trend and "reclaim" the playoff qualification.

After the game, the first words of CITIC Brothers head coach Megumi Hirano's speech to the fans were: "I am very sorry to everyone in the first half of the season. I am very sorry to the team, players, coaches, support groups and staff for having bad memories in the first half of the season. It is thanks to the fans that we can win the season championship in the last game of the second half of the season. I hope everyone can enjoy the joy today. There is still something that must be done from tomorrow, which is to take back the first place in Taiwan."

During the interview, Hirano Keiichi also emphasized that looking back on the first half of the season, he was really struggling and painful. Every day he was worried about the unwillingness and regret of losing the game, and thought about what the team would do in the future. "When I meet fans when I go out, they still enthusiastically tell me to come on. Under such circumstances, I feel that it is not the time to worry. I am really grateful."

Hirano said frankly: "When the team's record is not good, there are still many fans who say this to me and tell me to cheer up. This is something that is unimaginable in Japan, and I did not expect to win the title on the last day in the second half of the season. It is all the credit of the fans. Please continue to cheer us enthusiastically."
